We are Looking for a Senior Technical Support Professional
You'll make a difference by:
• Resolving customer support service requests through Email, Phone, Remote Support, and In office visits while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshooting and analyzing product-related issues in a timely manner and providing customers with effective solution recommendations and action plans.
• Publishing Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and conducting webinars to proactively address customer concerns and improve self-service capabilities.
• Collaborating with internal technical teams and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices and stay updated on new technologies and applications.




• Building technical and domain expertise on management stations and integration platforms by setting up and validating customer environments in test laboratories.
• Administering hotline support services and software download platforms for global and regional customers.
• Supporting the development and delivery of technical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, technical resolutions, and service activities within the support management system.
• Providing timely updates and effective communication to customers throughout the issue resolution lifecycle.

• Holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Having 2-6 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support Engineering, Product Support, or related functions.
