Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will engage with schools, institutions, and retail partners to promote Prepster products, manage the sales cycle, and build long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new prospects, conducting product presentations, following up on leads, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records,



coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and gathering market feedback to support product improvements. The Salesperson will work closely with management to meet sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to convert leads into repeat business.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits clearly, and tailor sales pitches to different stakeholders.
• Competence in basic business communication, including email, phone, and in-person interactions, with clear spoken and written English.
• Comfort with using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or other sales tracking software to maintain records and report on performance.
• Prior experience in apparel, uniforms, retail, or related sectors is beneficial, especially in B2B or institutional sales.
