About Pomo
Pomo is building an AI marketing team that helps businesses move from insight to execution across content, social, paid ads, and more. Founded by engineers from Google DeepMind, Meta, and Databricks, we’re making effective marketing more accessible to ambitious businesses.
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to grow Pomo through content people want to watch, read, and share.
About the role
Content and organic growth are at the heart of this role. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape Pomo’s voice, create original content, build our social presence, and turn attention into qualified interest and customers.
You should understand what makes a strong hook and enjoy turning product demos, founder perspectives, and customer stories into engaging content. You’ll make the content yourself, publish it, learn from the response, and improve the next piece.
You’ll also run focused paid campaigns and growth experiments to amplify what works.
What you’ll do
• Own content creation and organic social, from ideas through publishing and distribution.
• Create engaging posts, short-form videos, product demos, and founder and customer stories.
• Test hooks, trends, and repeatable formats to create shareable content with viral potential.
• Grow engaged audiences across our priority social channels.
• Help the founders build a consistent content presence.
• Experiment with creators, collaborations, and communities to expand our reach.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns to support acquisition and amplify successful content.
• Track engagement, traffic, signups, qualified leads, and customers to understand what works.
What we’re looking for
• 2–10 years of relevant experience in content, social media, or growth marketing.
• Examples of content you created that earned solid organic reach or helped grow an audience or business.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a strong instinct for hooks and platform-specific content.
