NEEDLEDUST has expanded into mules and sandals, including a vegan line that offers diverse patterns and colors with an international appeal. Each collection focuses on bold, story-driven designs that resonate with customers worldwide and push creative boundaries in artisanal footwear.

Role Description The Senior Fashion Consultant will work on-site at the NEEDLEDUST store in Saket in a full-time capacity, serving as a key style advisor and brand ambassador. Responsibilities include providing personalized fashion consultations, recommending juttis, mules, and sandals based on customer preferences, and demonstrating deep product knowledge across collections.

Qualifications
• Robust Product Knowledge across juttis, mules, sandals, and luxury footwear collections.




• Expertise in Fashion Consulting and personal styling, with a keen eye for trends and design details.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging, advising, and building rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven Customer Service experience in premium or luxury retail environments.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting individual and store targets.
• Prior experience as a fashion consultant, stylist, or senior retail associate in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to work on-site in Saket, including weekends and peak retail hours.
• Professional, inclusive demeanor with a commitment to creating welcoming, non-discriminatory customer experiences.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Formal education in fashion, retail management, or a related field is an advantage but not man
