About the Role
Krenai Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web-based applications and SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, test case preparation, bug reporting, and validating end-to-end application workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of web applications.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and retest bugs using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve defects.
• Validate APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Ensure application quality across different browsers, devices, and user scenarios.
• Participate in requirement analysis, release testing,



and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain test documentation and provide timely feedback on product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Robust knowledge of manual testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for database validation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience testing web-based SaaS applications will be an added advantage.

Compensation
₹6–7 LPA, depending on experience and skill set.
