Role Description The Guest Service Associate Housekeeping is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking amenities. The associate will respond to guest requests promptly,



support check-in and check-out needs related to housekeeping, and coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to resolve issues. Daily tasks include following safety and hygiene protocols, inspecting rooms for quality, managing linen and supplies, and reporting any damages or concerns. The role requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, adherence to hotel procedures, and a skilled, courteous approach in all interactions.
