We are expanding across India and are looking for an Indian citizen to become the Regional Co-founder & CEO of Sapienoids’ Indian business operation.
This is not a conventional employment position.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner who can lead commercial operations, bring capital or credible external investment, and build a sustainable business for Sapienoids in the Indian market.
The OpportunityYou will lead the business, sales, and regional operations of Sapienoids in India.
Sapienoids will provide the technology, engineering, AI capabilities, products, and technical delivery.
You will be responsible for turning those capabilities into a successful business through:
• Client acquisition
• B2B sales




• Strategic partnerships
• Business development
• Indian market expansion
• Commercial strategy
• Local operations and administration
• Building the Indian team as the business grows

We are looking for someone who wants to build a business and own a significant leadership role, not simply work as a commissioned salesperson.
Competitive Selection ProcessThere is no fixed investment amount for this chance.
Instead, interested candidates are invited to pitch their own proposed investment and funding package for launching and growing the Indian operation.
Your proposal may include:
• Personal investment
• Investment from your existing business or network
• External investors
• Institutional or strategic investment
• A combination of personal and external funding
• Other credible financing arrangements

Candidates with a demonstrated ability to raise capital or secure external investment may also be consid
