Role Description The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and managing documentation. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves handling HR queries, supporting policy implementation,



and ensuring adherence to company procedures and local regulations. The role includes assisting with performance management cycles, tracking attendance and leave, and collaborating with management on employee engagement initiatives. The HR Associate will help plan and coordinate training and development programs, support internal communication, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Yes Sir’s wellness-driven mission.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
• Experience or interest in Training & Development, including organizing workshops and supporting learning initiatives.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
