We are seeking an experienced Director to lead the Stock Loan Trade Support and middle office functions within Stock Loan Operations. The successful candidate will be accountable for operational excellence, risk management, supervisory oversight, transformation delivery, and stakeholder engagement across a global operating model.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily management of stock loan trade support and middle office processes while maintaining a robust risk and control environment. The candidate will act as an escalation point, drive strategic transformation initiatives, deliver operational efficiencies, and ensure strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires a highly motivated individual with extensive Securities Lending experience, strong people leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving change within complex operational environments.
