MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (training will be provided in Dubai Office)

1. Mandate-Based Brokerage Experience: Must have experience working with mandate-based real estate brokerage companies.
2. P&L; Experience: Must have proven experience in Profit & Loss management, revenue generation, and business profitability.
3. Dubai Real Estate Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.

Joining: Immediate / ASAP
Work Mode: Remote initially, until the branch opens in the respective city.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and develop real estate sales teams.
* Take ownership of branch or site-level business performance and P&L.;
* Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.
* Manage mandate-based real estate operations and broker relationships.
* Recruit, onboard, and manage sales professionals and telecalling teams.
* Establish local market presence and build strong developer and channel partner relationships.
* Monitor team performance, sales targets, productivity, and operational efficiency.
* Support the launch and growth of recent branches in the assigned city.

Candidate Profile

* Experience: 15–18 years of overall professional experience.
* Industry: Real estate brokerage, mandate-based real estate companies, or property consulting.
* Leadership: Must have managed teams and supervised sales or operational staff.
* P&L; Expertise: Strong understanding of revenue, c
