About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager - HR & Talent Acquisition to lead both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving workforce planning, technology hiring, recruitment operations, HR governance, employee engagement, and people management initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technology recruitment, HR operations, stakeholder management, team leadership, and large-scale hiring delivery. The role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with execution excellence and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across business and technology functions.
• Drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, and resource forecasting.
• Lead technology, leadership, niche,



and critical hiring requirements.
• Develop and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment metrics including quality of hire, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring productivity.
• Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
• Establish recruitment governance, hiring dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure achievement of recruitment targets and stakeholder expectations.

Human Resources
• Lead HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
• Support learning & development, succession planning, and talent management activities.
