Role Description The Raw Material & Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Daman. This role is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and raw materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely availability of materials for production. The position involves monitoring stock levels procuring materials, conducting regular audits, coordinating with production teams, and implementing loss prevention measures. The manager will also supervise store staff,



maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and ensure that material handling processes support quality, efficiency, and customer commitments.
Qualifications
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with procurement, production, and quality teams.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in Store Management, including inventory control, documentation, and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention or similar controls to minimize material variance and wastage.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging industries, ideally handling raw materials and stores.
• Ability to work on-site in Daman and manage physical inventory tasks safely and efficiently.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, materials management, commerce, or a related field preferred.
