Role Description The Human Resources Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the organization. This full-time, in office position in Pune City involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, drafting job descriptions, and maintaining recruitment databases and reports.



The role includes supporting HR operations such as maintaining employee records, assisting with HR policies implementation, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive will also handle basic employee relations queries related to recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with internal HR guidelines, and participate in continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with knowledge of core HR functions.
