Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales / Business Development role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients for land and residential projects, conducting meetings and property presentations,



and maintaining strong relationships with investors, industrial buyers, business owners, and homebuyers. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, mapping suitable property options, explaining project features and documentation processes, and coordinating site visits or property walkthroughs. The role also includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing basic proposals or price quotes, supporting transaction closure in alignment with company processes, and providing ongoing client service and follow-up. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams for marketing inputs, training, and sales reporting to achieve defined sales and business development targets.
