About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide a smooth experience on our consultation-based mobile application. The candidate will assist users with app-related issues, bookings, payments, wallet/recharge queries, and connecting with consultants.
Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
• Assist users with app navigation, registration, login, and account-related issues.
• Resolve queries related to consultation bookings, chat/call sessions, recharge, wallet balance, and payments.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers regarding unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Help customers understand app features, offers, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.




• Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant team.
• Support customer retention and encourage users to continue using the application through helpful and timely assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and digital payment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Patient, polite, and qualified approach while dealing with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple queries and follow up consistently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
• Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or a BPO is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
