Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role based in Bhubaneswar, with advanced Excel skills required. The role involves handling daily back-office operations, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation of financial and customer records using Excel and other office tools. The Back Office Executive will prepare and maintain reports, track payments and collections, support documentation for finance and lending processes,



and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with company policies. The role also includes coordinating with front-office teams, responding to internal queries, maintaining organized files and databases, and supporting compliance and audit requirements. The individual will be expected to work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office processes.
