Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions. The specialist will develop and implement marketing campaigns, support brand-building activities,



and collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, providing product and service information, and tracking sales performance. The role also includes organizing and delivering training or product demonstrations to clients and partners, and contributing market insights to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects and support existing clients.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales experience and capabilities in Sales Management to handle pipelines, negotiate deals, and meet revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to conduct product briefings, client education sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
