Role Description The Production Assistant role is a full-time, in office position based in Pallikaranai . The Production Assistant supports daily production activities, including preparing materials, organizing workflow, and coordinating with team members to ensure schedules are met. This role assists in basic quality checks, tracks production status, and provides updates to supervisors. The Production Assistant may help with documentation, simple editing of production-related materials, and direct customer interaction when needed to address order status or basic inquiries.
