We are looking for a hands-on plant HR skilled to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, workforce management, and engagement at the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, shifts, overtime and separations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, employee documentation, contractor records,



and audit-ready compliance files.
• Coordinate inspections, statutory audits, compliances, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Monitor contract labour compliance, including contractor documentation, attendance, wage records, and statutory contributions.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters.
• Support misconduct investigations, show-cause notices, warning letters, and employee relations actions.
• Track absenteeism, attrition, morale, discipline, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate recruitment for plant roles and support manpower planning, deployment, and hiring trackers.
• Validate attendance and overtime data for payroll and coordinate with manpower vendors for timely wage payments.
• Organize engagement activities, recognition programmes, communication sessions, training, and safety awareness initiatives.
