Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and ensuring achievement of revenue and growth objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting regular market and competitor analysis.



The role involves working closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience and effective execution of sales plans. The Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership, and support training and mentoring of team members.
