Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development has experience to support our outreach, corporate partnership generation, and business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with the Founding Team and senior leads to identify new leads, engage key corporate stakeholders, and contribute to driving revenue.

• Role: Business Development Associate to Lead
• Location: Work From Home (with travel mobility as needed)

• Reporting To: Founding Team / Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities
• Outreach: Map, prospect, and connect with corporate decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Founders) across target industries.
• Client Engagement Support: Pitch HappiMynd's solutions, coordinate follow-ups, and support senior leadership in client meetings and proposals.
• Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain lead trackers, keep CRM data updated, and analyze outreach efficiency.
• Field & Digital Initiatives: Participate in virtual/field outreach opportunities and support campaigns to open new growth channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Management,



Business, or HR preferred).
• Prior experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Outreach (HR domain experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of corporate sales cycles and lead generation tactics.
• Proactive attitude, strong follow-up habits, and high accountability.
• Mandatory: Personal laptop, smartphone, and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity.
