About the Role: Alt DRX is enabling real estate developers in India to use tokenisation as a new tool to market, distribute and sell their assets. As tokenisation gains momentum and becomes an increasingly important conversation across India’s real estate and financial services ecosystem, developers are beginning to explore how fractional digital ownership can help them reach a wider pool of investors. As a Business Development Trainee, you will support the team in identifying and reaching out to real estate developers, introducing them to the concept and its potential perks, and helping convert initial conversations into tokenisation opportunities.



You will also work on channel partner engagement and lead generation and partner onboarding. You will work closely with the business development and leadership teams to develop and maintain engagement with developers and channel partners, support the onboarding of their first assets, and help grow the number of projects and assets brought onto the Alt DRX platform.

Key Responsibilities
1.Developer Identification & Outreach: Identify and build a pipeline of relevant real estate developers across India, research key decision-makers, and proactively reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to initiate conversations.
2. Product Awareness & Engagement: Introduce developers to the concept of real estate tokenisation and communicate how it can serve as an additional tool to market, distribute and sell their real estate assets across the country, while supporting the team in building interest and progressing conversations.
