Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bhopal. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to orders, delivery, and product quality, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction. The specialist will document and track customer cases, escalate technical or complex issues to relevant teams, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Daily tasks include maintaining service level targets,



gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with operations and logistics teams to address recurring concerns. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OODX products, processes, and technology tools to provide accurate and efficient support.
