Role Description The Territory Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



This role is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and closing new business with residential societies and related stakeholders. The Territory Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees, administrators, and other decision-makers, providing ongoing support to ensure successful onboarding and usage of NoBrokerHood’s solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams for smooth implementation, and delivering training sessions to client teams and partners. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that support territory targets and overall business objectives.
