Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding CINCINNUS.shop’s presence in the D2C and FMCG segments. Day-to-day activities include lead generation, prospect outreach, and nurturing relationships with potential partners, distributors, and key accounts.



The role involves managing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and tracking performance metrics to meet growth targets. The Business Development Executive will also support collaboration initiatives, attend relevant industry events, and contribute to strategic plans for market expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Surat, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive market expansion and partnerships.
• Strong Business acumen, including understanding of D2C and FMCG markets and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and build rapport across stakeholders.
