Role Description The Fitness Sales Consultant role at Utsaah is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The consultant will welcome and guide prospective clients, conduct studio tours, and explain Utsaah’s offerings, membership plans, and session formats in a explicit and engaging manner.



Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, making follow-up calls, managing leads, and converting prospects into members while maintaining accurate records of consultations and sales activity. The role also involves coordinating with trainers and studio staff to align client needs with suitable programs, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact to ongoing membership. The consultant will contribute to community-building initiatives, support marketing and events, and uphold Utsaah’s commitment to personalized, holistic wellness.
