What You Will Own:
• Administration of laptops, Windows and MacOS, EC2 server systems and local IT infrastructure that utilize industry best practices to meet corporate objectives.
• Jira Administration - Management of user access, customization of issue schemes, automation of processes etc.
• Global IT ticket management, Onboarding-offboarding, End-user remote support, Office 365 support and resolving a variety of break-fix hardware/software issues.
• Deploy Antivirus, MDM, encryption, and all host security configu
