What you’ll do
• Work with product, technology and leadership teams to gather, document and prioritise business requirements
• Turn business needs into clear user stories, process flows and functional specifications
• Analyse market, customer and operational data to find opportunities and support decisions
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or Excel that leadership uses to track progress
• Research retirement, pension and fintech markets across India, the USA and Europe
• Map and improve business processes, from customer onboarding to partner operations
