We’re hiring a Sales Counselor to guide prospective students through that journey.
What you’ll do
• Connect with prospective learners over calls, chats, and in-person meetings
• Understand their goals and recommend the right programs
• Walk them through offerings, pricing, and the enrollment process
• Follow up on leads and keep clean records in the CRM
• Work with the team to hit shared enrollment targets
What we’re looking for
• Solid communication — clear, warm, and a good listener
• Sales instinct with a consultative, ethical approach
• Organized enough to juggle multiple leads without dropping any
• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, education, or related) preferred
• Prior experience in sales, counseling, or ed-tech is a plus
• Comfortable with basic office tools and CRMs
