The Role
Kloovy helps brands understand how they appear in AI-generated answers, identify visibility gaps, and move prioritized improvements through human approval, execution, and verification. As our Customer Success Executive, you will guide customers through that journey: from onboarding and their first audit to regular adoption reviews and clear progress reporting. You will make the product understandable, keep customer work unblocked, and ensure customer feedback reaches the people building Kloovy.
Responsibilities
● Onboard and activate customers — Run kickoff and onboarding sessions; help customers set up projects, domains, goals, prompts, competitors, and available integrations; guide them to a useful first audit and agreed next steps.
● Make product insights actionable — Explain AI visibility scores, citation checks, competitor share of voice,



SEO findings, and prioritized action cards in explicit customer language. Help customers understand impact, effort, approval, execution, and verification status.
● Build trusted customer relationships — Own day-to-day communication for an assigned set of customers. Lead regular check-ins, capture goals and blockers, follow up on decisions, and keep stakeholders informed with concise progress updates.
● Drive adoption and value — Review product usage and customer goals, spot low adoption or delivery risks early, and agree practical next steps. Help customers use Kloovy as an ongoing improvement workflow rather than a one-time report.
● Share customer analytics and progress — Present clear updates on AI visibility trends, citation performance, competitor movement, and completed actions. Discuss progress and open gaps with customers, then share concise customer growth insights and risks with the Kloovy team.
