Role Description The Mahila Career Agent role at LIC is a full time position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work model, combining on-site activities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining suitable insurance and financial products,



and assisting them in selecting plans that match their needs and goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting follow-ups, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting policy issuance and servicing. The Mahila Career Agent will participate in training sessions, use LIC tools and systems to manage leads and policies, and coordinate with branch staff for operational tasks. The role requires consistent field outreach, goal-oriented sales activity, and adherence to LIC’s ethical and regulatory standards.
