Role Description The Presales Manager – Real Estate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and presenting suitable residential and commercial options aligned with Assettrust’s advisory standards. This full-time,



on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting property briefings and presentations, coordinating site visits, and following up to drive conversions. The role includes collaborating with internal advisory and sales teams, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate documentation on leases and property details. The Presales Manager will also liaise with developers and partners, support negotiations, and provide clear, data-driven guidance to clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
• Robust knowledge and hands-on experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate.
