Role Description The Cloud Kitchen Manager / Restaurant Manager role at Potful is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen,



including planning and supervising food preparation, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination. Responsibilities include managing kitchen and service staff schedules, monitoring inventory and procurement, and enforcing hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols. The role also involves tracking operational metrics, controlling costs, implementing process improvements, and supporting training and development of team members. The manager will collaborate with central teams to maintain brand standards, support current initiatives, and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Food Preparation and Cooking, with the ability to guide and standardize kitchen processes.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu execution and service coordination.
