Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
• Explain our courses, coaching programs and services.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and enrolment targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospective students over the phone.




• A positive attitude, persuasive skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain lead records.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales or customer service is preferred.
