Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about Byteseal’s products and services, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The specialist will guide customers through product features and troubleshooting steps, log and track support requests, and escalate complex cases when necessary.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience. The role also includes gathering customer feedback and contributing ideas to enhance service processes and support documentation.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, focusing on building long-term relationships and improving service quality.
• Strong Phone Etiquette, including clear communication, active listening, and respectful interaction with diverse customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple requests, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environme
