Role Description As an Associate Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) at Kotak Life Insurance Pvt. Ltd., you will focus on building and managing a strong agency network for the Tied Agency Channel. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and recruiting prospective insurance advisors, conducting onboarding sessions, and guiding advisors on sales processes and compliance standards. You will support advisors in achieving their sales targets, monitor their performance,



and organize regular training and development activities to enhance productivity. The role also involves collaborating with local leadership to implement business growth plans and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat.
