Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role located in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to drive revenue growth in domestic and international markets.



Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, and institutional clients, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The role involves coordinating closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and high client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will prepare sales forecasts and reports, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
