Role Description The Coworking Sales Specialist will focus on promoting and selling coworking and shared office spaces within Hobnob Realtech’s property portfolio. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their workspace needs, conducting tours of coworking facilities, and presenting suitable solutions. The specialist will follow up on inquiries, manage leads, negotiate pricing and terms, and support the closing of agreements in collaboration with the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of recent tenants, and contributing to sales strategies and promotional activities.



The role also includes building long-term relationships with clients, collecting feedback to improve service offerings, and staying informed about local market trends in coworking and commercial real estate.
