we are expanded our operation in to Copper, PICC, Enameling, CTC production and we need expand our marketing Team for the Copper Division.

Job Description

Position: General Manager – Marketing

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 15+ Years in Industrial B2B Marketing, preferably in Copper Products, Electrical Conductors, Transformer Components, or related manufacturing industries

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), MBA (Marketing), or equivalent relevant qualification preferred.

• Job Purpose

To lead and manage the overall marketing and sales operations of the Copper Division, develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing customers, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and expand the company's market presence in domestic and international markets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Development




• Develop and implement annual and long-term sales and marketing strategies for the Copper Division.
• Identify new customers, industries, OEMs, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Expand business with transformer manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, power-sector companies, and other relevant industrial customers.
• Achieve sales turnover, volume, contribution margin, and profitability targets.
• Develop new markets, customer segments, and product applications.

B. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, OEMs, purchase heads, technical teams, and decision-makers.
• Conduct customer visits, business meetings, negotiations, and periodic performance reviews.
• Handle major customer complaints, commercial disputes, delivery concerns, and escalations in coordination with internal departments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
