Role Overview

• We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can build the digital worlds of artists, not simply manage their social media.
• You’ll work across Instagram, YouTube and relevant platforms, understanding each artist’s personality, music, story, audience, ambitions and positioning, and turning that into a distinctive, repeatable content ecosystem.
• We’re looking for someone who understands what an artist should make, why, how, when, and how it contributes to their larger universe.
• The role combines creative strategy, artist storytelling, music marketing, format development, creative direction and execution.




• It’s about building the content machinery behind an artist.

What You'll Do

• Artist Content Strategy: Build long-term, artist-specific content strategies across digital platforms that strengthen identity, positioning and audience connection.
• Artist Narratives & Storytelling: Develop authentic artist narratives that help audiences connect with the artist beyond their music.
• Music Marketing & Release Strategy: Build content ecosystems around music releases to drive anticipation, discovery and sustained audience engagement.
• Content Formats & Creative Development: Create original content formats, recurring series and content IP that reflect each artist’s distinct personality and creative identity.
• Creative Direction: Translate content strategies into explicit creative briefs and guide the execution of shoots, campaigns and content assets.
