Role Description The Corporate General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing multi-outlet operations and ensuring alignment with The Yellow Chilli’s brand standards. This role includes managing day-to-day restaurant performance, monitoring financial results, and driving profitability through cost control, revenue optimization, and efficient resource allocation.



The Corporate General Manager will lead and mentor outlet managers, coordinate staffing and training plans, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction across locations. They will implement operational policies, ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and marketing activities. Regular responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, conducting site visits, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management, with responsibility for operations, finance, and team leadership.
