Role Description The Field Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Western Up,



supporting political and digital campaigns through structured fieldwork and coordinated on-the-ground activities. This role involves collecting and verifying field data, engaging with local stakeholders, and documenting grassroots insights that inform campaign strategy and content. The Field Associate will support the planning and execution of events, outreach programs, and surveys, ensuring accurate reporting and timely feedback to the central campaign team. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining detailed records of field activities, monitoring campaign performance at the ground level, and providing clear, concise updates. The role requires high levels of professionalism, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering reliable information that strengthens overall campaign effectiveness.
