- Preparation and verification of Client Bills, RA Bills & Subcontractor Bills.
- Quantity Take-off from Civil, Structural & Architectural Drawings.
- Preparation of Rate Analysis and Project Cost Estimates.
- Coordination with Design, Site & Project Teams.
- Monitoring Project Quantities, Costing & Billing Documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- .2–3 years of experience in Estimation & Billing
- .Knowledge of Civil & Structural Construction Works
- .Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- .Understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Quantity Surveying
- .Good communication and coordination skills
