Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Flycatcher Prints & Dubey Films Production. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and partners. The role involves building and maintaining relationships, managing follow-ups, and supporting the creation of proposals and pitch decks in coordination with the production and creative teams.



The Business Development Associate will also track performance metrics, contribute ideas to improve sales strategies, and represent the company at meetings, events, and client interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation abilities, including preparing and delivering impactful presentations and pitch materials.
- Proficiency in lead generation activities, such as prospecting, outreach, and developing new business pipelines.
- Experience with market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client engagement and internal collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest or experience in film, media, or entertainment industry business development is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic office software and online communication tools; CRM or sales software experience is a plus.
