Role Description The Architectural Designer will contribute to the development of design concepts, preparation of drawings, and coordination of project documentation for ongoing architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in design development, creating construction drawings, preparing 2D and 3D representations, and supporting project teams in design reviews and client presentations. The role involves collaborating with senior architects and engineers to ensure that designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability considerations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar,



requiring regular interaction with project stakeholders and occasional site visits to monitor design implementation.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop functional and visually coherent design concepts.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing, including preparation of detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
- Understanding of Urban Planning principles and their application to site planning and community-focused projects.
- Knowledge of relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial and visual thinking, and the ability to interpret and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and meet project timelines.
- Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
