We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Control Panel Sales Executive/Sales Engineer responsible for marketing and selling electrical control panels such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC/Automation Panels to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge combined with sales skills to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical control panels.
- Promote and sell products such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, PLC & Automation Panels.
- Understand customer requirements, prepare technical-commercial offers, and submit quotations.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for BOQ, drawings, and pricing.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Follow up on enquiries,



orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business development activities.
- Ensure proper documentation related to sales orders and customer communication.

Skills/Experience

Education & Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) – preferred

Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in control panel sales or related electrical equipment sales
- Experience in industrial sales / project sales will be an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of electrical control panels and automation systems
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
