About Trippanther

Trippanther Tour & Travels is a growing travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, group trips, trekking, educational tours, corporate tours, and customized travel experiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.

* Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international tour packages.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

* Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

* Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.

* Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.





* Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and trip arrangements.

* Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, colleges, and group travel partners.

Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Strong sales mindset and willingness to achieve targets.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and social media.

* Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Prior experience in sales, travel, tourism, or telecalling will be an advantage.
