The role

Scale Media LLC is hiring an Affiliate Media Buyer who has already run US finance lead gen offers on Meta and NewsBreak and knows the difference between a campaign that looks good and one that actually pays. You will take affiliate offers from launch to scale, find what competitors are running before they scale it, and turn that into tests that win.

This is not a junior “set up the campaign and report” position. You will make the calls on budgets, creatives and funnels.

What you will do

- Launch, manage and scale Meta Ads and NewsBreak campaigns for affiliate finance offers: Debt Relief, HELOC, Medicare and Final Expense (US market)
- Spy on competitors daily (Meta Ad Library, AdPlexity, Anstrex, BigSpy or similar), find the angles, creatives and landing pages that are winning, and turn them into our own tests
- Write creative briefs and ad copy, test hooks, headlines, images and short videos
- Build and optimize the full affiliate funnel: ad to presell, listicle or quiz to form or call, with tracking in place (Ringba, ClickMagick, Voluum or similar)
- Read the numbers every day: CPC, CTR, CPL, lead accept rate, call duration, EPC, ROAS. Kill losers fast, scale winners faster
- Keep campaigns compliant with Meta’s financial products policies, NewsBreak rules and affiliate network requirements, and protect account health
- Report weekly on spend, revenue and profit with transparent next steps

What we need from you





- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on affiliate media buying in US finance lead gen (Debt Relief, HELOC, Medicare, Final Expense or similar). Hands-on means you managed the account and the budget yourself
- Proven results on Meta Ads. Working experience with NewsBreak Ads is a strong plus
- Strong ad spying skills. You can find what is working for a competitor and explain why it works
- Comfort with lead gen and pay per call tracking (Ringba, Everflow, TUNE, ClickMagick or similar)
- Experience working with affiliate networks and offer managers, reading offer terms, caps and payout structures
- Working knowledge of compliance: TCPA basics, Meta special ad categories and financial products rules
- Clear written English. You will write ad copy and talk to networks directly
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with a few hours of US time zone overlap

Nice to have

- Experience on other native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, SmartNews, MediaGo)
- Experience building advertorials, listicles or quiz funnels
- Agency or affiliate team background running similar finance offers
