Role Description The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from initial concept through detailed design and execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company guidelines. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Kurla, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home as project needs allow. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, and guiding design development for commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. The Senior Architect will collaborate with project managers and site teams to address technical issues, oversee integration of design details during construction, and support quality control across deliverables. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, participating in client meetings and presentations,



and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading end-to-end design for medium to large-scale projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, scope management, and adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration and Software Development as applied to architectural workflows, such as using BIM tools, CAD software, and collaborating across digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent), and an understanding of building codes, local regulations, and construction practices.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting based in Kurla, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior team members.
- Experience with sustainable design principles, green building standards, and innovative materials or construction technologies is an advantage.
