Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Ranchi. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing designs and drawings, supporting project planning, and coordinating with site teams and contractors to ensure accurate execution of civil works. Daily tasks include conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, verifying material quality, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulatory requirements. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with project managers, surveyors,



and other stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and to required standards.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to develop, review, and optimize structural and infrastructure plans.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, with a solid understanding of industry practices.
- Planning skills to assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems to ensure effective and compliant site designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD or similar tools) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities, with attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary site and office teams.
- Understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations; prior in office experience is an advantage.
